Welcome to Ezy Travels, your digital intercity travel companion in Ghana. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and Ezy Travels, a subsidiary of Agencyee Travels (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, creating an account on, or using our mobile app, website, or USSD platform (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Ezy Travels is a Ghana-based travel booking platform that allows users to book intercity bus tickets, flights, and related travel services, and to pay through mobile money, debit/credit cards, and other supported methods.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and accounts for such users are prohibited.
  • If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an Ezy Travels account by providing your name, contact details (valid phone number and/or email), and a secure password.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information,
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized use or security breaches,
  • Remain responsible for all activity and bookings under your account.

 

You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account without our prior written consent

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes,
  • Provide accurate booking details,
  • Pay for services in full before confirmation,
  • Not disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Payments, Bookings & Confirmations

  • All bookings must be paid for via supported payment methods.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice (e.g., SMS, email, or in-app notification).
  • Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules of the bus operators, airlines, and other service providers.
  • Refund requests must be made in line with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or eligible only for partial refunds.

7. Our Rights & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services including the design, app software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and written content belongs to Ezy Travels or our licensors. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our content without written approval.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers such as bus operators, airlines, and payment gateways. These third parties are solely responsible for their schedules, pricing, and performance. Ezy Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or errors caused by third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or that bookings will always be honored by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezy Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Lost profits, lost bookings, or data loss,
  • Service delays or cancellations caused by third parties.

 

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected booking.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ezy Travels, its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,
  • Your content or information,
  • Your violation of these Terms,
  • Your negligence or intentional misconduct.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms or our policies,
  • We are required to do so by law or court order,
  • Your account poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties,
  • Your account is inactive for more than two (2) years.

Where reasonable and legally required, we will provide prior notice before suspension or termination.

13. Data Charges

You are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges you incur while using the Services.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first to try and resolve it informally. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.

  • No class actions are permitted. Disputes are handled individually.
  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available in the app and on our website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you (e.g., by email, in-app message, or website notice). Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms

17. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the complete agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
